Even in Edinburgh/Glasgow

Performed Fringe 2011 and National Poetry Day 2012.

Are you an Edinburgh person, or a Glasgow person?

A poetry tour performed on a train between Edinburgh and Glasgow, about the the two cities and the journey between them. Using poetry by Liz Lochhead, Edwin Morgan, William McGonagall and others, the show explored the differences – imagined and real – between the two places, and why in Scotland, we are made to choose.

Her insights imprint themselves onto fields and hills, transforming them into a poetry so often overlooked by commuters. Funny, affable and warmly laced with her love for the two cities, this performance transports us in both senses of the word. [***** ThreeWeeks]
